First of all, thanks for dowloading the file, it consists of several simple text icons that I have created for all of you to enjoy. Although Apple have ungraded the user interface with MacOS 8, they haven't added grayscale icons for system applications.
Don't you ever get tired of boring and flat text/picture icons that seem to appear everywhere? Well, this will solve your problem, with the following simple instructions, you will have Beautiful icons to go with your beautiful desktop.

-Instructions
1. I have included the ResEdit resource file, labeled as "3D SimpleText Icons", open it with ResEdit.
2. Select and copy all of the resources in the file, by using Command-A or Select All from the Edit menu, then copy.
3. Make a copy of an SimpleText application, open it with ResEdit, then paste. ResEdit will prompt you to Cancel, Yes, or No, choose "Yes". Close, then rebuild your desktop, and you're done, enjoy the icons.
This is shareware, please pay for the cheap fee of 5 dollars or more if you would prefer, I would surely appreciate it. If you think it's not worth 5 dollars, =( please pay whatever you think it's worth. Please send cash or check to the following address, and be sure to wrap it up so it wouldn't be obvious, mailmans these days are not reliable.
